5.3 Referral Commission

The referral commission of 1000 PKR per referral is subject to terms and conditions. Referrals must be active users who meet our criteria. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

All content, features, and functionality of 3 Patti Master, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using the service for money laundering
• Sharing your account with others
• Using bots or automated systems
• Engaging in collusion or fraud
• Violating any applicable laws

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any funds may be forfeited if obtained through fraudulent means.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3 Patti Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
